Tahini Cookies with Maple Muesli

It's been a little while since our last post but we're back with a recipe we know you'll love!

We recently launched our first Organic Muesli in two delicious flavours, and were so excited to have Amanda from @whole.health.coach create these delicious gluten-free, dairy-free cookies with them.

They're so easy to make and best of all, they're free from refined sugars (and vegan-friendly).

Tahini Cookies Topped with Euphemia Maple Muesli 


INGREDIENTS:


2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp clove
Euphemia Organic Maple Muesli

METHOD:


1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Roll into 9 balls and flatten on a lined baking tray.

3. Bake in the oven for ten minutes on 180 degrees.
